Refund policy
At My Bougie Bottle, we take pride in providing high-quality products for your professional needs and events. Because wholesale inventory is managed specifically to fulfill large-scale demands, we adhere to the following policy:
1. Final sale threshold
To ensure inventory stability for all our partners, the following orders are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit:
- Any single order containing 24 bottles or more.
- Any single order with a subtotal value of $500.00 or greater.
- Any items specifically designated as "Event Stock" or "Special Order."
2. Order reductions and cancellations
Once a wholesale order meeting the above criteria has been confirmed and processed, it cannot be reduced or canceled. We recommend finalizing your guest counts and requirements before submitting your purchase order.
3. Damages and discrepancies
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or if there is a shipping error, please follow these steps:
- Report within 48 hours: Notify our team at wholesale@mybougiebottle.com with your order number.
- Provide Documentation: Include photos of the damaged goods and the shipping carton.
- Resolution: Approved claims for damages will be resolved via replacement or prorated credit at our discretion.
4. Small-batch returns
Orders falling below both the 24-bottle and $500 threshold may be eligible for return within [7/14] days, subject to a [40%] restocking fee. Items must be unopened, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
